MEET MICHAEL BRIGNAC, THE CHEF
I started cooking professionally because of my passion and love for food and seeing people enjoy good meals. I started cooking with my mother around the age of seven and have not stopped since. Not only did I name the restaurant after my mother, Lee Esther, but a lot of my inspiration and passion come from her and the love that she put into the meals she prepared for me as a child.
I have dreamed of owning a restaurant for as long as I can remember. After a number of years working in unfulfilling jobs and a business I lost passion for I decided to step out on faith and pursue my dream of owning a restaurant.
